IS A 1099 distribution from Lincoln.RMD or not? I don't remember what my 1028 return showed.If you can tell me what I put on my 2018 return, I will do the same for 2019

Any distribution can serve as a RMD, as long as the amount distributed is equal or greater than your RMD for the year. You can ask Lincoln the amount needed for your RMD.

We have no access to your 2018 return and cannot tell you what you did in 2018.

Is it for your pension? If you are 70 1/2 or older it will ask if you took the RMD. Say yes for pensions. Anything your pension pays you is considered to be the full RMD.
