Did you issue the W-2 forms? If so, you will need to issue corrected W-2 forms by completing and filing Form W-2C.

If your W-2 was issued to you from your employer with the incorrect Social Security number, you should reach out to the employer who issued your W-2 and request that the error be corrected. The IRS also has guidance on additional steps you can take if your employer will not fix the W-2 form.
