Question

If I maintain a US address (renter), am retired collecting SS, but live overseas year round, WHICH address will I use for turbotax? Existing TT customer w/ recent change.

Use the address where you want to get any mail that the IRS might send you, such as notices about your tax return or a mailed refund.

    Thank you rjs - that is how I had begun, then thought best to search it out a bit. I assume TurboTax, as I work thru the program, will point me in the right direction as determined by my responses to its questions.

    The only guidance you are going to get from TurboTax on this particular question is what you see in the screen shot below. If you decide to use your overseas address, you have to click where it says "U.S. Address" and select "Foreign Address" instead.
