I wasn't aware that i could claim myself at the end of the year as i claimed 0 on w4 for over 20 years , is there anything i can do about this?
I'm single with no children, it's only me.
When you filed your tax returns, if you said that no one else could claim you as a dependent, then you got your own personal exemption and "claimed yourself."
