I still don't have my refund because the IRS says the income I reported doesn't match what they have. My husband's employer, the military, didn't report his income to SSA. But they're saying it's not

This usually indicates a delay in the processing of Form W-3 - the employer's copy of the same information that is provided to you on Form W-2.

Unless the IRS is requesting specific action or information from you, there isn't anything that you can be doing at this time, unfortunately.  You will have to wait for the IRS to finish their review of the return.

Part of your question got cut off. This is all we can see:

I still don't have my refund because the IRS says the income I reported doesn't match what they have. My husband's employer, the military, didn't report his income to SSA. But they're saying it's not

Please advise details on the rest of your question so we can better assist.

I still don't have my refund because the IRS says the income I reported doesn't match what they have on file. My husband's employer, the military, did not report his income to SSA. I'm not sure what we can be doing. When he calls his employer they say they don't know what he's talking about. Do you know what I could be doing? Thanks
