Solved

I received two separate 1099-SA's this year but the system will not allow me to enter both. What do I need to do?

This is due to my company changing insurance companies.

I get to this page that has one of the forms already filled out. I hit the Add button and it just takes me to the already filled-out form not a new one. If I change everything, it just changes the original first form.

This.  100%.  My company switched HSA providers mid-year, so I have two forms - and can only enter one.  "Add" simply overwrites what I already entered.

The only reason you wouldn't be able to enter multiple 1099-SA statements would be if they were from the same company, with the same federal ID number. If so, you will have to combine the amounts and make one entry in TurboTax.

Both forms are for me but they are from two separate companies so two separate ID's. When I hit the add button at the bottom, it just brings be back to my original form to edit. It does not allow me to create a new form.
