Solved

I received a couple of 1099-Rs for direct IRA rollovers to another IRA. 0 tax was withheld & 0 tax is due. Does not change my return. Do I need to file an amended return?

1099r's do need to be shown and accounted for on the return.

IRS will match up the documents to the return and will be unsure if it went to a Traditional or Roth IRA.

I would amend the return, however, would probably wait till first of April or so, just to see if there is anything else that it would need to amend for.

Amended returns have to be printed and mailed into IRS.
