I’m entering a 1099-R. I have one for a state that is not on the list. How do I get this data entered?

If there is not state income taxes withheld in box 14 of the Form 1099-R, then leave boxes 14, 15 and 16 blank (empty). If you receive errors after leaving these boxes blank then delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually.

States without a personal income tax would not be in the dropdown list.
