You will be receiving form 1099-R reporting your retirement. Please be sure to enter the form into TurboTax exactly as it appears and answer following questions. If NY has a special tax treatment for your retirement, it will be addressed by the follow up questions.

Type 1099-R in the search box, hit Enter
Select Jump to 1099-R blue link, the program will take you directly to that data entry (see pics).
