I had two Roth IRAs open in 2018 and cashed out one. Does your question about prior year contributions apply for both of them together or the one that is still open?

TurboTax asks to "Enter Prior Year Roth IRA Contributions." Is this question concerning the Roth IRA I closed in April 2018 or the one that is still open, or both together?

Both together. All of your Roth IRAs are considered to be a single account for tax purposes.
