Solved

I had two 1099 R distributions from 2 separate Fidelity IRAs. Should I aggregate the distributions or make 2 separate entries for Fidelity?

I would enter each one separately, as they could have some different codes.

Even if they don't have separate codes let TurboTax do the combing for you, and this way you will know they are entered correctly.

They do show up as one combined amount of the 1040.

If the box 7 codes are different or if there was box 4 Federal tax withholding then they MUST be entered separately.
