I can't figure out how to enter my solo 401k contribution on TT Deluxe desktop version.

For the TT Deluxe desktop, it's actually going to be in the Wages and Income section. See screenshots.
Go to W & I and scroll down to Business Items - scroll down to Business Deductions and Credits - click Start.
The next screen will have the self-employed deductions. Click Start next to Self-employed retirement plans. Follow the prompts.
