How/where can I find a place to input income from a Statement of Annuity Paid 1099-R from US Government?

You can enter your 1099-R form under Retirement Plans section of the Wages & Income.

  1. Select Federal
  2. Select Wages & Income
  3. Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
  4. Select Start by IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
  5. Add your 1099-R.
