How do I remove the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit, I don't what to pay $60 to get a $51 credit

Plus a state fee too !

 

Go back thru the RSCC interview again and indicate that you were a full time student during 2020....that gets rid of the form......and "supposedly" does not affect anything else.

Well I really hope you're right I was actually considering using H. R. block but I don't get the confirmation code to my phone so..... Yeah I really hate anything and everything that has to do with taxes.

visit the IRS at https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free

 

to find truly free filing.

You will pay nothing and get the credit(s) to which you are entitled.

 

Note that some include free state as well.
Otherwise, If you have to file a state return, and don't want to do that yourself, you will need software that you pay for.
