You pay both income and employment taxes to the US Treasury when you file Schedule H with your return. It is added into your other taxes on Form 1040.  The Schedule H Social Security, Medicare and Federal Tax for your household employee will end up on Line 60a of your 1040 tax return.  Most filers must pay by April 17, 2018.
