Solved

Hi there, I have a 401k and on my W-2's box 12 I see two rows: D and AA. Should I answer yes to the IRA question?

You made contributions to two types of 401(k) plans:  The traditional plan and a Roth 401(k) plan.  While there are many similarities between 401(k)s and IRAs, they are not the same thing.  Do not report either of your 401(k) contributions reported in Box 12 as IRA contributions.
