Question

Form 8606 is not triggering. I am not getting the box for Deductible contributions elected non-deductible, when entering my Trad IRA contribution (converted to Roth).

I entered Form 1099R and specified all of this amount was converted to Roth IRA. Form 8606 should be automatically generated but within Deductions & Credits I am not getting asked the deductible contributions/non-deductible question. Hence, I am getting taxed for my IRA contribution even though this was all after tax money.

8606 should be triggering if you entered the Roth conversion, but sounds like it's not recognizing the non-deductible contribution.  you won't be asked to elect the contribution as non-deductible if you were not eliglible for it to be deducted, this is not necessarily an issue.

suggest going back through the steps and refer to the attached which works but you have to answer the contribution and 1099-R conversion questions carefully.

a common error is to answer the contribution questions about recharacterizing it to Roth which you did not do, this is not the same as conversion; say No to anything Roth related after you enter the trad IRA contribution.  The conversion is handled by the questions after the 1099-R entry.

check in Forms mode what is on 8606, or with online it should be in the PDF with all forms.

if still stuck please provide more details how you are replying to the questions in the contribution section.
