Can you enter in multiple W-2's and 1099's at different times or do I need to do them all at once? How do I claim Mileage?

Yes, you can enter them at different times. You can log out and go back when it's convenient. Just do not file until you have entered everything.
Mileage would only be able to be claimed for your 1099 work, as employee business expenses are no longer deductible. You will do that after you enter your 1099. Once you enter the 1099, it will ask you if you have expenses that you would like to enter. Say yes, and you will be able to enter your mileage. for self-employment.
