Amend form 1040 to correct entry for SSA-1099. SSA-1099 does not appear on update list. How do I enter?

To amend to change Form SSA-1099:
Follow the amendment instructions until the "Do you need to change anything else?" screen:
1. Select "My Account" on top right of the screen (Online)
2. Click on "Tools"
3. Go to "Topics Search" (Online) or "Search Topics" in the top center of the screen (Desktop)
4. Type "SSA-1099" and press "enter" to correct your form SSA-1099.
