If I received a 1099 survivor benefit that my daughter receives from her deceased father(deposited into my bank account). Box 2 has her social security number in it and Box 7  says "my name" for "minor daughter's name", do I report that on MY taxes?

She does not have a job, so does it get reported at all?

@Chandirhodes Since it has your daughter's SSN on the form, it would go on HER tax return, if she was required to file.  If that is her only income, there is no filing requirement.
