Why am I unable to downgrade or schedule new appointment after I cancelled my appointment?

Some TurboTax online customers are experiencing an issue after they cancel their expert appointment. Some customers are unable to downgrade their TurboTax online version or reschedule a new appointment with a Tax Pro.
