Vps tax service fee intuit charged twice

Hello,

I was charged this fee for using a credit card twice, 2 days apart the exact same amount. I'm guessing this is an error. If anyone has guidance on how to fix this I'd really appreciate it.

I'm having the same issue.  VPS Tax Service has charged me twice and I haven't seen a response online yet.
