I checked mine on the phone.

I am locked OUT online.

Online is updated instant. On the phone it is not. Perhaps if i were able to go online i would see a change.

So everyone, dont use the ohone, go online if u can, if you cant then use the phone but know that if there is no change reported on the call, there very well could be a change... But ONLINE!!

GOD, Having and maintaining hope is such a stretch after a while, so darn draining. I an like a caveman up in here since friday.

Yours will change soon it'll say general funding and it'll take your balance to positive $5 or back to zero

I just called and got balance on phone it changed on the phone as well to zero dollars instead of negative
