They are using your 2019 tax information for everything to see family size and if you have direct deposit. If you have not filed 2019 taxes yet then they will use your 2018 info. Hope this helps.

Why isn't being put on the emerald cards when most sites say you get it the same way you did taxes.I actually called h&r block and was told by the tax preparer it will be issued on the emerald cards.
