Who is the charge from?   What is listed in the debit description?   If it has a contact phone number in the description on your statement, you can try to get info that way.

 

Did you happen to sign up for the Quickbooks Self-Employed Live Tax Bundle?   If you want to see if you are signed up for a Quickbooks product, you can phone Quickbooks Sales Dept. at 877-683-3280.  Listen to entire menu first.  One of the options should be to inquire about a charge.

 

If you end up needing to talk to TurboTax Support, here's how.
