This TurboTax FAQ explains a situation that might cause messages about combat pay. If this seems to be the case for your return, there is a click-for-email-notification link, at the bottom.

Unfortunately, the customer service agent I was on the phone with had me continue on with my return saying the message would disappear. I filed and now on the return it is absolutely listed as non taxable combat pay. I don’t know what to do. I am so stressed out. Do I amend?

No, we don't want you to stress. Before we advise how to proceed we will need to wait and see if the IRS accepts it or rejects your efile. Please click on the efile status lookup tool at the link below and report back the status of your return. https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908859
