Did you indicate in the My Info section that you were active military? Did you enter your military W-2 in the Wages and Income section of the program?
Yes I did for both.
The discount should have been reflected in the Review of your fees in the File section, Step 1. Since it was not then you need to contact TurboTax support for assistance. Use the key words billing issues
