That’s not a problem. Your 1040 address should be the one you want the IRS to use to contact you if needed.
It does not matter that the address on the W-2 is different from the address on the tax return. People move all the time. The address on the tax return should be where you receive your mail if the IRS ever needed to contact you by mail.
