If active duty military and stationed outside of the United States(South Korea - non combat zone), are you or can you file to be exempt from federal taxes?

No, you are still subject to Federal tax on your worldwide income.  Some states exempt military income earned outside the state, or outside the country.

No, you are still subject to Federal tax on your worldwide income.  Some states exempt military income earned outside the state, or outside the country.
