My wife and I file federal taxes jointly, but we are residents of different states (both active duty military). How do I file a state (PA) file just for her?

Turbo Tax keeps showing as if we are both filing in PA.

Since you and your wife have different states of legal residency (SLR) (or home of records), you would still be able to file your federal income taxes jointly but you would need to file your state income taxes as married filing separately.
