It does not give me and option to select my husband in the armed services how do i fix that?

While you are signed into your TurboTax Free account follow these steps.

Select the Personal tab
Choose your spouse
Answer the question about military:

I am a member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard).
