I'm active duty military, my state of residence on my LES is Texas. Texas doesn't pay state taxes, but I am stationed in Virginia, what state taxes do I pay?

Your state residence would be your Home of Record state which would be your state of legal residence (Texas), unless you notified the military that you changed it to another state.  Therefore, from what you explained above your Home of Record state is Texas, and even if you are stationed in another state you would only be liable for state taxes for your Home of Record state.  Therefore, since your LES lists Texas as your Home of Record, you should not have to file any state income taxes.
