If I live in a foreign country on a military base. Am I consider a non-residential in the state of New York? I meet the criteria of group A. I do not own property

Yes, if you meet all the criteria of group A then you meet the conditions for nonresident status and your military pay is not subject to New York State income tax.

Yes, if you meet all the criteria of group A then you meet the conditions for nonresident status and your military pay is not subject to New York State income tax.
