I was in the navy last year until December. I did not get paid after March 2019, do I need to claim this on my taxes. I searched my pay and there is no W-2 for me.

You need to contact DFAS directly and inquire as to why you don't have a W-2. If you were paid one single penny by the Navy in 2019, then you should have a W-2. You can not file an accurate return, or qualify for any military discounts/breaks without a DFAS issued W-2.
