I'm active duty military, why can't I put the date I became a Kansas resident?

To clarify, did you change your State of Legal Residence (SLR)in 2021 (submitted to your local finance officer DD Form 2058)? The question is only asking about changes in 2021.

Please be aware, generally, as an active duty member, you keep your home of record as SLR unless you request a change by submitting DD Form 2058 to your finance office. Please see What is my military state of residence? for additional information.
