I am in the military, and in august i PCS'd to Germany. Do i need to include that move when i file my taxes?

No, it would not be included anywhere.  In Personal Information, you use your Home of Record for your state of residence, then Say yes to the question about being in the militaty.  When you enter your military W-2, you check the box on the follow up screen that you were active duty military.
