Yes, Kentucky is your State of Legal Residence, and you should file your tax for that state.
The only other reason to file in another state would be if you worked a job that was not under the military. The income from that job would be credited to the state that you actually worked in.
That income would also be included on your Kentucky tax return, but you would get credit for the taxes paid in the state you worked in.
