I am active duty and my home of record is Ca. however, I own a home in Ok and both my cars are registered in Ok. Do I need to put Ok as another state I lived in in 2017?

It depends. Active duty military members file their tax returns in their state of legal residence (SLR) – which is usually their home of record state.
