Colorado State Tax HOME Act for military personnel. If my residentcy has always been Colorado since entering the military, do I still qualify for this?

-I can verfiy voter registration in Colorado
-I can verify vehicle registration in Colorado
-I am currently stationed in California
-My home of record has always been Colorado since entering the military.

Colorado State Tax HOME Act for military personnel. If my residentcy has always been Colorado since entering the military, do I still qualify for this?

If your SLR is Colorado, and you've never changed it (by filing DD Form 2058), then you're still a Colorado resident for tax purposes.

The HOME act pertains to CO residents who have changed their SLR to another state and wish to reacquire Colorado residency.
