According to IL Publication 102 my husband's Reserve Military Pay should be deducted from his state AGI but it isn't. What do I do?

I've checked he is in reserves, his W-2 is only allowing the "active duty" selection and there is no "reserves" selection, so it isn't being selected as military pay at all it seems.

Select Active Duty. For Illinois, this is what you will have to select in order to have the income exempted as Military pay.

Thank you! I went through three pros with screen sharing and they had no idea. I eventually had to file it through my state's tax website because I was afraid to mark the "active duty" button on TurboTax.
