If it doesn't affect the holding category (long term vs. short term) I would report what's on the 1099-B.  If it does affect the holding period, then enter the actual date sold as opposed to what is on the 1099-B.

Thanks -  the different sales dates affects the total proceeds and the gain.    All the stock is long term.    In some cases, entirely different stock lots show on the 1099B than show on the supplemental - which also affects the overall gain.   I have a record of the lots that were sold and at what price - which matches the supplemental.   The 1099B shows entirely different lots and different dates.     When the lot and date match, I can adjust the gain with the supplemental, but when they don't  - I don't know how to make the adjustment.
