State download was different that selected
I recently filed my taxes for 2025 using the desktop version of TurboTax Premier. My license allowed for one free State download, and I used CA.
I then had to migrate everything over to a new computer, when my original computer started having problems and had to go in for warranty repair. When I tried to download the software again on the new computer from my Intuit account online, it said that I had previously downloaded Colorado (not California), but I know that is not correct. Now in order to proceed with using my software to file taxes for another family member (I have 5 Fed filings allowed), it is making me purchase the California State download for $40.
I cannot find any way to contact TurboTax except a phone #, and I cannot get to a live person to help me.
Any suggestions?
