You have read the workarounds submitted by other users (which require FORMS mode in TurboTax Desktop to complete).  I was unable to find a similar workaround for TurboTax Online.

I got the desktop version. I am now able to fill out one IT-203-F. I need to fill out 13. Please advise.

For those who prefer not to spend 2 hours on the phone w support only to figure it out themselves:

In the forms view, you have to double click in the actual Schedule B. This opens up the "editing" mode where you actually input values.

You have to scroll down IN THIS VIEW (not the whole form) -- the small input portion of the Schedule B has an embedded window which scrolls down to show additional forms.

I was able to include multiple Schedule Bs this way, but now the problem that I'm facing is that the forms I input this way don't show on the Preview mode, or the generated PDF. I have no way of knowing that these forms will be included in the e-file.
