I put new composite wooden flooring into a residential rental. Can this be expensed under the new tax rules?

I'm unaware of changes in what can be depreciated/expensed as an owner of rental property with the new tax laws.

New flooring would be a depreciable asset, and can be entered into your rental expenses by following the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below.
