I initially entered the total sale price of a rental house as asset when it should have been split between asset and land. During the review I tried to correct it but ended up with $0 in both slots. I cannot get to a screen to update the asset sale price, asset sale expense, land sale price and land sale expense.
Type 'rental property' in the FIND window, then 'Jump to Rental Property'.
Choose YES to 'Do you want to review your rental and royalty information?'
Continue to Rental and Royalty Summary and Choose Edit (screenshot).
Choose Update under Sale of Property/Depreciation (screenshot).
