You should have received a Form 1099-INT with the savings bond interest in box 3. Just enter the 1099-INT in TurboTax, the same as if you got a 1099-INT for interest on a bank account. On the screen for entering the 1099-INT, check the box that says "My form has info in more than just box 1."

did you get any reporting forms such as a 1099-INT or 1099-B

if not then use 1099-INT for payee use the name of finnacial institution where you cashed it, or US Treasury and enter the interest only in Box 3  - US interest

if you got a1099-INT use the name on it. The interest is entered the same as above

if you got a 1099-B, unlikely, US a US Savings Biond, you'll need to report it on form 8949/ capital asset sale  Proceeds and cost per the form
