If you indicate that you are part owner of a rental property and you enter your ownership percentage, TurboTax will automatically prorate the income and expenses you enter for that property based on your ownership percentage.

To view the ownership percentage for a rental property, go to Federal>Income>Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) in TurboTax Online.

Add/Edit next Rental Properties and edit the rental property (pencil icon).

At the top of the page you will see Rental Property Info. Edit that line item and scroll down to Ownership Percentage then Edit. Here you can indicate you are part owner and what percentage you own.
