Does Colorado tax out of state owners of rental property on full taxable income as noted line 10 on 1040?

    Colorado will start with the Federal return however for a non-resident you will be taxed only on the percentage of income earned in Colorado.

    Tax is prorated so that it is calculated only on income received in Colorado or from sources within Colorado.
