Can I file my bond receipts on TurboTax, (cashed in 2020) before I file 2020 taxes in full come this April?

No. You cannot do that apart from your tax return using TurboTax. You can include it with your 2020 tax return that you prepare and file by April 15.

Are you really just asking if you can pay some estimated tax now before you file in April? You can do that, but you cannot specify that is for the bonds or put in receipts, etc.
