I had already entered our rental property income/expenses under the self employment section and than it asked me for the information again in rental property category?

You do not report your rental income and expenses in the Self-Employment Income and Expenses section, but in the Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) - (see attached screenshot).

If you have entered your rental info in the Self-Employment section, you'll have to delete it and reenter in the Rental Properties section.
